Hoteliers

For security reasons and due to the nature of value dates and special offers, we do not allow listings to be initiated or updated via the internet. We require a signature to initiate an offer or make listing changes. For listing purposes, value date listings are those that only offer specific value dates and rates. Special offers are listings that include specific dates and rates but also contain add-ons such as complimentary receptions, suite upgrades, welcome amenities, discounted F&B, etc.

1. Click on the appropriate "Listing Form" link at the bottom of this page. When the form appears you will be able to type in your listing information.

2. Fill out the form, sign it and fax it to the number on the form OR e-mail it to the address on the form. Make sure you keep a copy for your files.

3. You are able to make changes to your listings whenever you'd like. You can do this by using the "Update" form available at the bottom of this page.

4. Dates and Rates.com reserves the right to determine whether a listing is a value date or a special offer and will place the listing in the appropriate category.

5. We will include two photographs of your property with your listing. Each photograph must be 180px (width) by 128px (height). If you do not have them in that size, we will re-size them for you. These images must be in jpg format and e-mailed to the address on the form.

6. All listings are monitored daily and removed automatically when they are no longer valid.

7. If you want to cancel a listing, use the "Update" form and indicate which listing you want to cancel OR send us a copy of your original form with XCL written on the listing you want to cancel. In either case the form must be signed.

8. General disclaimer information is disclosed on the home page. It can be also be seen by clicking on the "Disclaimer" button on the value dates page and the special offers page. Additional individual property disclaimers should be included with your listing when submitted.
